Privacy Policy

Overview

FY FleetOps is an internal fleet operations application provided by FY Trucking Co. for authorized company personnel, dispatchers, drivers and owner-operators. We collect only information reasonably necessary to operate, secure and support the service.

1. Information we collect

Account and identity information

Name, email address, phone number, user role, login credentials and internal account identifiers.

Driver and compliance information

CDL and medical-card details, expiration dates, employment or qualification information, signatures and other records submitted for driver qualification, safety and regulatory compliance.

Fleet and operational information

Assigned loads, pickup and delivery status, vehicle and trailer details, inspection records, maintenance reports, fuel and mileage records, permits, rate confirmations, bills of lading and proof-of-delivery documents.

Photos, camera and uploaded files

Photos or files you choose to capture or upload, including load-condition photos, inspection evidence, receipts, permits, accident documentation and supporting PDFs. Camera or photo-library access is used only when you choose these features.

Location information

Precise or approximate location may be collected when location-enabled operational features are active, including dispatch visibility, trip or load support and safety-related fleet operations. Permission is requested through the device.

Device, notification and security data

Push-notification tokens, device and app information, timestamps, IP address, authentication events, audit records, diagnostic information and feature activity used to deliver alerts, prevent abuse and maintain reliability.

Communications

Messages and attachments exchanged through FY Driver Support or other in-app company communication tools.

2. How we use information

• Provide and administer FY FleetOps accounts and role-based access.
• Assign, manage and document freight operations.
• Support dispatch, driver communication and safety workflows.
• Maintain compliance, inspection, maintenance and qualification records.
• Calculate operational and settlement information for authorized users.
• Send operational, document-expiration, safety and support notifications.
• Protect the application, investigate misuse and maintain audit records.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, insurance and recordkeeping obligations.

3. How information is shared

FY Trucking Co. does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with authorized FY Trucking personnel, service providers that host or support the application, transportation partners when required for an assigned load, insurers, safety or compliance providers, and government or law-enforcement authorities when legally required. Access inside the application is limited according to user role and operational need.

4. Location data and device permissions

You can control location, camera, photo-library and notification permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working. FY FleetOps does not use location information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

5. Data security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data retention and deletion

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and safety records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet transportation, employment, tax, insurance or other legal obligations. Authorized users may request account or personal-data deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required by law or legitimate compliance needs.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and required business records. You may also withdraw optional device permissions through iOS Settings. To stop using FY FleetOps, contact FY Trucking so the account can be deactivated.

8. Children’s privacy

FY FleetOps is a business application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the application, our practices or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.
