Share the manufacturer, model, transport dimensions and actual weight. Include buckets, attachments or separate pieces that will travel with the machine. Photos help the team understand loading and securement needs, but they do not replace verified measurements.
Advise whether the equipment can be driven onto a trailer and who will operate it. For non-running equipment, discuss the required loading support before scheduling. Confirm access for a truck and trailer at the pickup yard and destination. Provide auction release details or site reference numbers where needed.
Trailer selection depends on equipment height, weight, loading method and the complete route. RGN, lowboy or an oversize plan may be appropriate. Dispatch reviews the move before confirming the equipment and schedule. Tell the team early about time limits, restricted access and any changes to the machine’s configuration.
